Cool - especially the Sparks, MoB, Tav Falco picks.

Like I said on your Stones mix(es)-you nailed most of my favorites and missed most of my favorites. For my Fabs I had to break their career into thirds (like I did with XTC) with one disc a piece, and there were so many songs I was bummed to not be able to include. It's a no win/no lose situation. :)

You did a great job with this. I think it'd be a hard concept to pull off, but you really nailed that sound.

What a wonderfully eclectic mix. MoB, Specials, Last Shadow Puppets, Sparks, Magnetic Fields, and lots of other faves. Rob, you never disappoint.

Way late to the party - but DAMN this looks good.

You have all of my faves. And you missed most of my faves. Any best of Stones mix I'd make this week would be missing so many essentials next week. That's the joy of the Stones. Great job s always.

This is one of those mixes I can hear in my head just by looking at the tracklisting - and it sounds great. Was surprised to not see any of Holy Cole's fabulous Waits covers.

Betty Lavette, Hushdrops, Roky, Go Home....lots to like here!!!

Really love that cut 2-5 run!!!

Nice all around, but a particularly killer first 7 cuts!

Fun mix of old and new. If I didn't know better, I'd say y booty shook a bit just looking at this.

For me Dylan is a very strong double disc artist - maybe a decent triple disc. But I've recently begun relistening to his entire catalog and have a discovered a few gems I had previously ignored, so maybe I can can see spreading out to a killer triple. But six?!? Really? Maybe I'll agree with you as I get through the catalog, but for now....

way-fucking - cool. You do some fantastic mixes.

14 of these are absolute faves!

Gurus, Saint Etienne, Plastic Bertrand (and not the obvious hit!), Gorkys Zygotic Mynci and a few other faves makes me think I'd like the stuff I don't already know.

I've seen plenty of Beatles covers mixes (and a few myself), but this seems better than most. I never even knew Ruben Blades did a version of "Baby's In Black" - that has to be great.

It's a huge iceberg your standing on, but based on your choices here, you're gonna have a blast digging. Nice to see a mix from this era without the old standby's - I know most of the bands, but none of the titles sound familiar.

This looks real fun. Great triple threat opener.

As I say with just about everyone of your mixes - I love just about song here. Is Tegan & Sara one of the guilty pleasures? I know I still haven't put them on a mix becasue it just "doesn't feel right", even though I like a few of their songs. And thanks for the shout-out. I disappear for what seems like half a year and the second mix I see on my return while checking out the "Find a Mix-Last 100 Mixes Posted" name checks me. I think I'm going to cry. Or is there another Tall Dwarfs fan named Dale out there. Either way, great stuff.
From the land of Material Issue, Naked Raygun, Bob Newhart, Big Black, Harry Schmerler- your singing Fordman, Ferris Bueller & Cheap Trick.   Sleep Cheap. Dale.

First mix in well over a year. Dipping my toes back into the AotM water. Since I never know what's happening with the artwork at AotM, here's the cover art.

Here's a collection of songs directly or indirectly about Captain Beefheart's love of small miniature cakes. The exception, of course, is Ann Margaret's 1966 hit "13 Men", which is actually about …
