Oooohhh, lots of great stuff here, Rob. I love Buck 65. This has such a good range of styles, yet I can see some definite cohesion there. The 9-15 stretch looks excellent.

I was hoping to see Living Colour on here, just based on your title, but Terry Reid and Ralfi Pagan will do just fine.

The only three tracks here I really know are the ones by the Mamas & Papas, Monkees and Joy Division, so I may not be fully qualified to comment, but this sort of eclecticism is something that I always appreciate and respect!

Always nice to see what's going through your ears. I keep wondering about Kaki King ... haven't been so impressed but she gets such good press. At any rate, I noticed I hadn't seen much of you.

Great. Leaps from one style to another effortlessly. Never enough Bunnymen around these parts and that's an excellent track.

I picked up all the Bunnymen reissues on CD a couple of years ago in a 2forú10 sale, I must listen to them one day, don't know that particular song as yet.. It's been brought to my attention that I use the Mamas & the Papas more than any other act on my mixes - I love them! Have you ever done a Single Artist Mix on them?
Echoing the others here, this mix is great from tip to toe..

Looking good! -- as Freddie Prinze would say. Love that Quatro track too, as well as the SFA, Echo, Monkees and the Bee Gees. I knew that Sammy was going to mention the Mamas & the Papas!

As I find to be the case with most RC FTHOI mixes, a personal fave ("24 Hours"), a few less-played tunes by artists I like (Mag Fields, Westerberg, Monkees, Echo), and a whole buncha stuff that I should probably go and check out.

I'm trying to image the Mamas & the Papas sandwiched between Can and The Godz . Looks mighty intrigueing.

Hells yeah, man! Suzie Quatro->Black Mountain...in fact, the opening 7 songs look untouchable. I need to listen to that Stephen Merrit (haven't really delved too deeply into much of anything he's put out, really). Oh yeah, that Radiohead may be my favorite track I've heard from them in a loooong time. Surprised I hadn't commented on this already, but these things do slip past me occasionally, y'know? ;-) Will be checking it all out shortly.

A mix that includes Magic Sam, Suzi Q and Joy Division is a must listen even if it is for the hell of it.

Rob, these look like so much fun, I'm going to have to start putting up some FTHOIs myself, after I vomit out the mixes that have been simmering lately. It is nice to only be limited by your imagination, no theme or deep thoughts.
