Comment:

This one was an interesting one to compile. It started out just as a list of cover versions, and early on I did have Philip Steir's remix of Steppenwolf's "Magic Carpet Ride" from the "Go" soundtrack as well as JXL's remix of "A Little Less Conversation" that's been doin' the rounds radio as of late. However, in the end I decided not to include them because they're not really covers as opposed to remixes of existing material.
There's no particular order to the tracks and I'd appreciate any input that AOTM members would be willing to put forward.
Update 07/04/2003: Removed "Down In The Park" because I felt it would be better to leave something for the next edition. As always, constructive criticism is welcome.
Update 20/06/2003: I've tweaked the track order and added the Offspring's cover of "Smash It Up" and Me First And The Gimme Gimmes's cover of "Walking On Sunshine".

Love the covers here, especially Godsmack, Foos, and Type O. If you are making another mix, consider Dope's "Fuck the Police", H-Blockx "The Power", (hed)p.e.'s "Crosstown Traffic", and P.O.D's "Bullet the Blue Sky"
