This mix started as a project to archive some of my favorite 7" soul singles that I don't have on CD. Most of these range from the late 60's to early 70's with a few exceptions. From a charting perspective these were mainly mid-level hits, with a few biggies sprinkled in and maybe a b-side or two. All direct from vinyl with no processing, the pops and clicks are intended as a nostalgic touch. At least that's what I tell people, in reality I haven't found a good de-clicker yet ...
