This CD alternates songs about mental health problems with songs about medical treatments used currently (or historically) to treat those problems. The title is a takeoff on DSM-IV, which is the 4th edition of the very suspect manual used by psychiatrists and others to diagnose mental health problems and make decisions about treatment.
