The Gourds are the best band you've heard very little of or maybe not at all. They're music is an eclectic brew of rock, blues, cajun, honky tonk, and anything else they feel like incorporating into their musical kitchen sink. It's been a long time since I've discovered a new band and been into them this much. I play these songs over and over and they never fail to get my head bouncing and my feet moving. I feel like I'm letting the proverbial cat out of the bag by dedicating a mix to these guys, but for any music lover not to check these guys out would just be a sin.
