Mix CD I made my boyfriend for our first anniversary. I didn't want to use too many mushy songs (aside from the Nat King Cole track, that is "our song"), so a lot of it shouldn't be taken too seriously. Oh, and the title references a poem he wrote for me when we first started dating.
Feedback:
I love this mix, if only for the inclusion of Gigantic. Very funny. Faves here.. 2,4,13,17 and the almost perfect 19-25 stretch. Marvellous.
congratulations on your first year together, and on your first posting in two-and-a-half-years! "Gigantic" is a perfect shout-along love song, and track 10 is also a classic favorite. but William Shatner? eek.
Can say I know much from the other artists, but major props for including "Crush." Fantastic Pumpkins cut.
