Comment:

Built around my most recent mini-obsession, this mix is an excuse to listen to the same song over and over, without actually listening to the same song over and over. Apologies to the Coasters and Old Crow Medicine Show, whose equally excellent versions of "Down Home Girl" I did not include. Title from the Aretha Franklin track.

I knew that absolutely fantastic, to-die-for Aretha track was included by your title. Plenty of other great moments here, and as both Barry and Frenchy said, very cool and very clever.

Kudos to FC for noting this mix. I would have probably missed it and been worse off. This is REALLY nicely crafted and seems quite enlighening.
