Comment:
I made this mix with the express purpose of listening to it during my morning shower and commute. For the most part, it's downtempo and abstract hip hop with some instrumentals mixed in. It was hard to make this mix at first, because I wanted it to be mellow enough to not be jolting, but still pack enough punch to break me from sleep's grasp; a mix to ease me into the day, if you will. For example, the pair of Black Moon/Shadez Of Brooklyn tracks are relatively downtempo musically, but lyrically they exhibit a sort of quiet desperation. Today was the first trial run, and I like it so far although I may tweak it a bit before I'm completely finished.

That Wu-Tang track is classic and I love your closer.
