Comment:
The finest female punk/garage bands Asia or any continent has to offer (it's all Japanese groups except for Hang On The Box, who are from China). Full download of complete album under the link on the first track.
Feedback:
I know exactly one artist here - the opener - but am keen to check out some more.
I mostly mirror the comment below me. I only know a few, but only know the opener in any real sense. And I think I only know Gitogito Hustler because they played/attended SXSW the last three years running otherwise I prolly wouldn't know them either. Can't wait to get schooled.
Gave this a listen, it is the hugest kick, thank you. I think I had a smile on my face most of the way thru! The lady from Spandex has really been studying her Bikini Kill. Lots of influence of X, Donnas, Distillers, etc, and all really fun.
And as for you johnny2bd, thanks again, and I wish you Smashing All Uneasiness.
