Comment:

Title slightly amended from the Spoon track, but the instigator for this mix was easily the Mountain Goats' fantastic "Autoclave." I'm recently out of a nearly four-year relationship (details can be inferred from the tracklist of if he can't fix it, gonna find a boy who can), which had itself started right on the heels of a two-year relationship. Suffice it to say that being single is very different than I remember it. There's no subtitle for this, but it's mentally filed in my head as "songs to test your romantic and sexual ethics to."

sorry to hear about the personal turmoil that motivated the mix, but i can't fault the results - this looks absolutely great, especially the i&w, damien rice, wilco, pj harvey, neko case, modest mouse, national & spoon tracks.
