A catchy tribute to French yeye-girlie beat music of the 60's and 70's. I compiled it on the brink of leaving Saarbruecken which is just at the French border, where I had been studying for a couple of years.
I was about to finish and it was only then when I discovered how much I loved this kind of music. Although I learned French for a couple of years I never really bothered to get into it (and the music), a thing I still regret a bit. I would move to Ireland from there so I thought this would probably be a good tribute.
Many of the tracks are taken from the excellent Ultra Chicks compilations from Distribution Fusion.

And yes, I should think about an appropriate cover to round it up and live in peace...
