Hey, I almost forgot to mention - Sweden were 'lucky' last week in their draw against England! ;) seriously, though - I'd like to see Sweden and England through to Round 2.

Looks like a winner. Mo-Dettes, Monochrome Set, Snakefinger etc. And any mix that has the Brilliant Corners sort of does it for me . . .

I second the comments made by the gentleman from Germany. Gotta love the brilliant Brilliant Corners, as well as the underrated Mega City Four, Girls at Our Best and the Slits. Did the Mo-dettes ever release an album or is that a track from a single?

Bitta truth is the bside to Paint it black, i don't remember if they really released an album, saw them live in London at Moonlight club in the summer of 80, they were great live

Whoa! Mega City Four! I haven't heard them in ages... and I missed them on this mix when I first looked at it... does anyone out there have their tune "Square Through a Circle" on CD (and, if so, please e-mail me)...?

That's a catchy Monochrome Set single. I just put it on a mix myself.

Hmmm it never occurred to me to flip that Mo-Dettes single over. Hmm wait I was thinking my "Paint it Black" was the B-side to "White Mice" -- I'll definitely check it out.

When I woke up this morning, the song "Thrash" by Cowboy International had somehow bubbled up to the surface of my consciousness. I haven't heard that song since sometime in the long ago 80s and I'd completely forgotten about it. But I realized that I had to have it. I searched here and found your appealing collection. I'm hoping that you might find it in your spirit to agree to trade this mix for one of mine...If nothing on my list is all that appealing, I'd be happy to negotiate for a custom-made collection of mix and matches from any and all of my listed CDs...Your help in landing me a copy is most appreciated...Thanks.

Just a quick note to let you know that after listening to this one a couple of times, it's been granted a permanent spot on my CD player..Some really great, forgotten music...Thanks so much for the trade...
