Comment:
1. "Walk Like an Egyptian" by The Bangles: "No joke. Sexy girl rockers can make a man walk any way they want."
2. "Jessie's Girl" by Rick Springfield: "Good driving rock beat from this musician and actor. Yes, Rick was also a soap opera star. I love the storytelling aspect of this song, but mostly I chose it because my wife, Robin, loves it, and she can't help but dance to it. I love to see her body groove to its rhythms. Hey, I'm a guy!"
3. "Every Breath You Take" by The Police: "With Sting's arresting voice, The Police break into my list with a tune I first heard when I moved to New York."
4. "Money for Nothing" by Dire Straits: "This tune just flat-out rocks. Who doesn't turn up the volume when you hear those first few notes?! We were introduced by them playin your guitar on your MTV.?"
5. "Jack & Diane" by John Cougar: "John Cougar, John Cougar Mellencamp, or just plain John Mellencamp. His guitar-riff opening tells you you're in for a great, driving rock classic.?"
6. "Pride (In the Name of Love)" by U2: "Soulful, dripping with emotion. These Irish lads laid out a perfect tune that speaks to all people who have struggled for freedom."
