Comment:

A difficult mix to make. How do you make a mix for someone you've known for 20 years who's moving to another country and be able to try and say so much in a few songs ?
You can't - so you throw together some random tunes which you hope achieve certain things.
What's so difficult is thinking that we've both had so much influence on what each other listen to that it could easily have ended up as just songs he has in his collection. To a greater extent this has been avoided, and yet there's a need to include songs that mean something to us both.
Shine On does that, because we must have seen The House Of Love play more than fifty times.
Specials are the Specials from Coventry, England where we both grew up so one of theirs had to be included, Concrete Jungle sums things up so well.

Bon Voyage Justin, Denmarks gain is Englands loss.
