Comment:

The name comes from my dad, whenever he hears a cover song on the radio he says they ruined it.. I'd like to think otherwise with this compilation. It's mostly made from my cd collection, but the last track is from an mp3. The reason there's 4 Metallica songs is simply that they do so many covers, and I thought they should be here.. The CD runs 78 minutes, so it will fit onto a 90-min tape nicely.

Incredible mix! I love the covers you chose, but of course I could be biased because of all the Queen covers. Definately a well rounded mix, I don't think the new versions ruined the songs at all. :)

Nice mix. Your dad reminds me of my mom. She's heard the Guns N Roses version of Since I Don't Have You and Pearl Jam's version of Last Kiss. She still likes the originals better.
