Comment:
This mix is essentially a catch-all for a bunch of songs that I downloaded or uploaded over the past 2 months. This isn't meant to do anything or say anything but amuse me while I walk around the city. There are some obvious guilty pleasures on here, but every song has some story about how the hell it got here. Some of those stories I must credit to fellow AOTMers, who convinced me to check out Modest Mouse, for example. This disc is also my 1st real attempt at incorporating ska, + I gotta say I'm intrigued with it. This mix wasn't meant to be shared with anyone, but I ended up giving a copy to 2 Korean bar-maids that work at our favourite watering-hole. I think they dug it... The title comes from a text message a Japanese girl sent me- it just sounds so fun. The cover art comes from the animé "Love Hina." Did you ever see a picture of yourself where you looked really good + you wish you could look like that all the time? Out.

Dramamine will always perplex the hell out of me. (but I love it, hence why that song never gets old to me!) and that TMBG song is totally fun! nice mix Dru. and so far, you're the only other person on AOTM I know of who has used "Woman Driving, Man Sleeping" *thumbs up*

pretty all over the place, i love it! the transition from guster to jack johnson is great, and the transition from jack johnson to the weakerthans is plausible.. but from the weakerthans to ginuwine? i HAVE to experience that one :)

I adore that Stereophonics song. And did you know that you put a song by them on the last mix that you sent me but I didn't appreciate it until recently? Sad, sad story.
