They say you only need one Cowboy Junkies album, but I for one would disagree. Fortunately I wasn't compiling this as a set of my undisputed favourite tracks; rather, I was going for what I thought its recipient might appreciate. Which made it less of a challenge. Title from 'Townes' Blues'.

Nice comp. Trinity Sessions is of course still their best album, but they have gems on most of their others, and you've got quite a few here.

Nice work. I love the Cowboy Junkies. Trinity Sessions is well and good, but I prefer Lay It Down.
