this is an "i don't really feel like talking to anyone right now, i just want to sit in my dorm room and bask in the glow of the fact that i don't have anything to do right now," which was actually untrue because i had various things that i needed to do but forwent in order to make this mix. apparently the hold steady are playing the welcome week mystery concert and i'm not lying to you when i say that i'm pretty fucking stoked. title comes from the pavement songs cause i'm not entirely sure what it means.
