it's fate that i see your fab-ulous after a lengthy absence from the site. as a beatles covermaniac, excellent stuff. esp alanis, aretha, emmylou, garbage, kristin, shirley, sylvie & breeders. most definitely up for a trade.

Nice work! I've done three similiar mixes (see girlie pop 4, 7 and 9), but there are a few tracks here that I'm unfamiliar with. Fancy a trade?
This is great. I haven't heard Fiona's "Across the Universe" and I don't want to, because I hear it in my head & I like it just like that . . . Oh, and you should totally take Moe up on his trade offer - he is an amazing mixer!
If only the Beatles could have been a girl group from the start - - (Jean, Paula, Georgia, & Ringaling?)
- but this mix approach is the next best thing.
P.S. yes, do check out those beatle-bird mixes of moe's, you & he are on the same wave-length.
I love that Breeders cover, as well as the Aretha and Emmylou covers.
