an amazing collection of music from the great, late, lamented Slampt label.... Guided Missle is sorely missed also

lakespeed's mixes are moody and atmospheric.... he seems to be better at this than any other AOTMixer.... plus... he has great taste in bands. natch.

this mix blows me away, because it creates such a strong mood without even hearing it. an excellent balance of genres. hell, dolly parton and the mekons? y' can't go wrong with that!

kurt weill songs range from the completely weepy, absolutely depressed, cabaret fun, and sweeping ballads. he had a bigger impact on pop music than most people figure, but it's probably only because they've never heard of him. which is a damn damn shame. eric has a fantabulous collection of weill songs here. it's so good. i hate him!

i got one of these. eric is a nice feller. highly recomended.

i like that this fugazi mix has it all. barn burners and even the sublime little 'i'm so tired'. old stuff and nu.

perhaps people might think that i'm biased because dave and i are pals, but the truth is... he is an amazing mix maker. he's obsessive, and compulisve and he makes great mixes... sue me.
