Can this really be my first solo effort of the year? Shockingly it is, not much new from me here cept for Junebug and The Mourning After, the latter of whom I'm off to see tonight in Rennes and am looking forward to meeting up with as arranged by Valis, cheers mon ami. The title of this mix in case you are interested was provided by my 6 year old daughter Freja, I asked her if she could come up with a title for me and she immediately suggested this (methinks her old man's musical influence just might be beginning to pay dividends) Mind you I had a helluva job trying to locate cover art for her title! Bon Weekend tout le monde.

You know, sometimes I spend longer searching for flaming suitable cover art than I do on the mix itself. Glad to see I'm not alone - but you've come up trumps there.

I know some things on here !!!!! yeehaaa !!!!! And (amazingly) I even remember my first listen to things like Catain Soul sitting around the kitchen table !Anyway, nice work, just pull your finger out (!!) and do some more please . . .
only know a few of the artists here (ie. Band of Horses, Guided By Voices, British Sea Power...) but they're all good. in any case, it's good to see the French re-connected.
