Comment:

Is this really my first posting for over two months? Has it really been the longest gap between postings since I moved to Planet AotM over three years ago? Well, yes and yes. But I'm back, and believe me nobody missed my absence from this site more than myself..

This is a collection of tunes that've been swimming around my head in recent weeks. Why I called it Hopscotch, I do not know. But I did, and it is.

Appropriate title, the Etta James and Stevie look strikingly familiar and great, of course.

I would say 'welcome back' but I've been away myself... so 'great mix Sam!' Love the MGMT-Girls Aloud-Etta James.

As much as I despise Girls Aloud, the fact that you put Kaiser Chiefs and Honeybus on here more than makes up for that. And yes, I believe many people missed you here. I know I did!

Hey, welcome back! Things have been good here, but you better run a virus scan on your computer, just in case. The mix looks great. I have been listening to a lot of the DYs lately, and you get a big wink on the Girls Aloud track.

I sure did miss you, Sammy! This is a fantastico mix which I love. In particular I adore that Shirley Ellis track, among many favorites.

Good to see the back of, sorry the return of Monsieur un, deux, trois. C'est un melenge typique de Sammy. Bien sur mon favourite est Le Dreadful Yawns, mais Cheryl Cole et co. est d'accord avec moi.

yeah, AOTM wasn't really "fixed" until a new sammyg123 mix appeared on the list, if you ask me. great stuff, with Kaiser Chiefs and Quantic & Nickodemus as my ultimate favorites. but also really enjoyed Girls Aloud, that sweet Annie Philippe song, Som Nosso, Tilly and the Wall and that sticks-in-your-head MGMT tune.

Another hit here mate. New discoveries for me too. You may just have convinced me to give that Figurines record ago as well as the latest Tilly... I always smile when I hear that Meic song and I agree with Alex that Annie Philippe is sweet indeed.
