Looking eclectic like usual, Mr. Burns. I heard and like track 1, 2 and 11.

I know the Sandy Denny track...everything else draws a total blank...I'll presume it's a Burnsian Classic!

Curtis, forgive the familiarity, it was that or full evening dress, and the text box was too small. I'll start again - Mr. Burns, I am flummoxed. Soft Machine, Sandy Denny - I know and love them. The remaining tracks are bafflingly unknown to me. I realise that I ought to seek them out and expand my musical horizons. However, there are so many and I am so few. You have submitted many a wonderful mix to AOTM and I admire and respect you for it. Yet, amidst this plethora of pop (sorry, that just slipped out -- oo-er missus) there are strange and mysterious collections of secret handshakes and deep underground artists. I ascribe no motive to this, but I am curious. You appear to listen to everyone, and I mean everyone that has ever recorded a tune. This is both admirable and amazing. Please, Mr. Burns, tell me your secret, teach me your ways, and help me to be a more rounded person. I'll go now and never darken your office towels again. Tom

Ummm...kinda hard to follow that comment. Oddly enough, I'm not familiar with the Soft Machine or Sandy Denny tracks, but I shore dig the Franciscan Hobbes, Yellow Swans and Skullflower offerings on this one. A fine mix, that much is certain.

Nomates is dead-on; the Burns enigma machine is a thing to behold and appreciate. (And, once you get a few of his mixes you *always* come out different.)

Er, I like the Soft Machine, Manning/Knox and Sandy Denny tracks... can't comment on the rest, although I'm going to assume that they're interesting.

Why does the title of this mix makes me start singing Old McDonald Had a Farm? Eduardo Bort and Sandy Denny could've had the most beautiful child together. I guess this is as close as it gets. A little Tatsuya Wyatt would be lovely too. And of course, This Heat are so good they're capable of mitosis.

Curtis, you gotta get off this Top 40 kick and start digging for some obscure stuff.
