Little did this mix know (nor did I) that it subconsciously started many years ago when I first heard the song Changes. Many years of enlightenment would soon follow. These songs have tickled my clit one way or the other over the years.

Five Years -- brilliant opener. Well, it worked for Bowie. Bennie and the Jets -- terrific. Sweet Jane -- a classic. I could go on, but I think you get the point. Ah, the first time you here Changes...seminal.

All I can say is... about a century ago, or so it seems (once upon my young man's time), a rival high school chose Changes as their class song. I thought then, and think now, that is the coolest and most perfect way to walk away from childhood into the ugly adult reality...
