As Dismemberment Plan lead man croons "...that gladys knight and the pips song comes on, about how she rather live in his world with himthan live in her own world alone, i lay there head spinning trying to fall asleep and i thought to my self, ah gladys girl get a life!" i tend to agree, thus the Aretha Franklin and Lauryn Hill songs, but Gladys has pipes and will travel. If i wanted to do it over again, i'd take out the james brown song, but ah well...Feedback:
I'm really digging this mix. I don't think the James Brown was a bad choice. I guess you could have gone right from Commonsense to the Commodores. But, what's an R&B mix without the hardest working man in show business.
