Oooh someone's in for a night of viper delights! Lucky fella! As usual mighty good stuff!
this looks yummy. Charles Magnante adds just the right amoung of zing to any soup.
Wow, what an eclectic grop, and wow-ser covers!
Margarita Pracatan -- oh the memories -- her Whiter Shade Of Pale is definitive.
Well done Vipers -- a romantic masterpiece!

What are the chances of the Spotnicks' "Hava Nagila" showing up twice in a couple of days?
Looks like tasty selections.

Just dee-lish! As are all of your offerings. Digging the Charles Magnante in a big way!
EEEEEnormously cool and interesting!
A Nest Of Delights. 14, 20 & 24 look intruiging. And any mix that kicks off with Margarita Pracatan well, it's gotta be something special.
CHAINO!!!!! The producer, Kirby Allen, has dropped in here before. Keep your eyes peeled on your mailbox. Would love to hear the Shirley Bassey.
Gorgeous!
Spoon me up some. Add this to Jenergy's tribute and you have entertainment for the masses. Anyone who doesn't enjoy this...get out of my place!!!!
Is this the main dish or dessert? I love it, is it okay to lick the plate?
I'm walking on air. I've been drawing "Curtis loves Cruella" hearts in my notebook ever since collecting this from my mailbox. 'Tis a delectable mix of aural delights. I giggled when the voices with the Living Marimbas sang "I shot a man in Reno just to watch him die" and I swooned when Julie London sang "I can't promise that I'll love you/But I'd like to get to know you." The Two Tons of Steel and Jaymz Bee tracks are truly great (the speed-up at the end of "I Wanna Be Sedated" is like blood rushing back into the needle and The Royal Jelly Orchestra fashions Alanis Morissette's tortured syntax into a new musical language) and if you've never heard the Neil Merryweather version of "Sunshine Superman," well, you have to hear it, that's all. And the woozy beauty of Paul Anka -> Langley Schools -> Elsa Popping. And the incomparable mute of Cootie Williams. And, and it's all a joy. Who needs "A Girl from Ipanema" when I got my girl from Vancouver....curtis loves cruella...curtis loves cruella...curtis loves cruella...
Wow! EVERYTHING here looks great.
Thank you for this delectable Valentines meal.... you lit candles and everything!
happiness is a envilope in the mailbox containg a mixed CD like this, Oh you made my day, yesterday, many thnaks , I found it very amusing too
Truly inspiring, Vancouver valentine. If I weren't already married, I too would be writing love letters in the sand with our names on it -- and battling my arch rival Mr. Burns for your love and affection. This is better than a box full of chocolate, as there's nothing here that I would want to spit out after biting into it.
WOW - despite your name, you really are too kind. This just arrived yesterday. Really great, and truly thoughtful of you to send. Thanks so much, CdV. And yes, the world can always use more Telstar.
what a delight and very thoughtful.....you're too kind and it's just what the Dr. ordered!!
This looks sweetly great to me.
Aaah! Sweet Bree-jeet Bah-DOH! Merci Madame la Viper!!!! (What a *great* surprise!)
What a wonderful surprise! Thank you Cru'. Actually, I'm often mistaken for Robert Mitchum.... not really. But I do sing better than him. .... Aw, not really - I can't sing at all. But I love the mix, and that's what counts.
Been away, so late to commenting. Merci beaucoup for including me on the list & what a top tune too. Made my day, at least someone sends me mixes, bless yer little viper heart.
i can't say more than awsome.
Where, oh where do you find this stuff? It's delicious!
Souper duper hooper kabooper!!!!
or in the immortal words of Bob Thompson, "aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah aaah!" (I believe he's trying to say "awesome!")
And I do believe the Living Marimbas put Johnny Cash to shame - MUCH smoother!
Cruella, you're making the world a better place by sharing out this truly inspired & crazy stuff. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
