Comment:

Shifting to fifth gear (from my work-a-day, spartan drone-world) for some early AM Winter
Nordic-Track workouts. The first 3 tracks comprise a warmup (muscles being cold @ 5:45AM)
of medium paced techno-vibrations. The balance of the playlist then steams directly into a
calorie-shredding mashup of drum-n-bass, techno and hard-core electronica (& I couldn't resist
Astralasia's tranced-up Eno
cover to close out the set). Sequenced via Roxio to create a seamless, energizing wall of
sound (sweat & water bottle optional).

If you have a mo', check out
The Hive Project: APK, (the force behind
The Circular Ruins and Lammergeyer) has done it yet again: combining dark, ominous sounds with just the right amount of
techno-rhythym, glitch...and flair.

Thanks for the links -- it all helps with my musical education. I am unable to make a meaningful comment on the mix at this time. However, The cover art is stupendous. Truly eye-catching and defines apt.

Ha. Very clever.
Your mix certainly looks interesting. I know 4 & 8, which is a start.

Don't know a single thing here, but the cover's eye candy as usual. How many calories can I burn off while listening to this?

That depends, Moe: listening to this mix, via earbuds, standing naked in the snow outside P the Swede's house @ midnight, sipping a frosty glass of Arctic Tea, might melt off a pound or 2...
(just be sure you mail out your trades before hand...and, uh...don't be posting any photos of that)

Thanks to DJK's cmt on Dead Man's mix, I have also learned that you can do " marquee direction="up" ". The innovations are coming thick and fast.

Wonderful, and AM Winter Nordic-Track? You're a brave, brave man. :) I'll definitely check out your recommendations. Beautiful cover too!

Thanks Siobhan, ;-) But I'm not as "brave" as all that. I run most of the year (still early AM) - but after 33+ years of running, & a couple of Marathons, my kness are saying (screaming?) "SLOW DOWN!", so I bought a Nordic Track as a way to lessen the impact (and not go out in 20 degree weather) on the ole' bod + crosstrain (thighs vs. calves).Come mid-March, I'll hit the streets again.
So, in addition to the many AotM trades I've brokered over the years, this is one of the aural treats that help hoist my bones outta' bed, when it's still dark outside...only to drench it in...sweat!
Thanks for all the comments, everyone...
