Comment:

Made as a companion to "Ending Scenes" for Lisa. You know how when you get a milkshake at a diner (like Denny's) and they bring you the tin with the leftover milkshake to pour into your glass after you empty it? Well, that's what this is. I had put about three hours worth of music onto my computer from which to create "Ending Scenes," which was a very restrained mix. So afterwards, I took the louder rock songs and twee-er pop songs that didn't fit in on that mix and created this in true off-the-cuff mix tape fashion, mixing as I listened to it, and doing very little to correct the first draft that turned out very well. The hidden intro on this is the hidden outro of Aimee Mann's "It's Not Safe," which Michael Penn (or is that Jon Brion?) singing ~but you're the idiotic who keeps believing in love~. I love the closing track, but a few days after finishing this, I heard Luke Temple's "Only a Ghost" and wish that I had used that instead. Oh well, too late.

don't know a whole lot one here, but it looks cool a hell! Kind of like a b-sides mix.
