Comment:
This is probably the best of a series of long song mixes I made 1-1/2 years ago. The Longest song is 11m54s and the shortest is 6m16s (average is 8m44s), with a total playing time of 78m40s.Feedback:
I like long songs, but I confess I know none of these except the Stones and Sister Sledge. Yet. Clapton might be hard for me to accept, but I'm looking forward to the Winwood, O'Jays, and Grand Funk. Oh, and Marvin Gaye. I just hope they're the ultra-rewarding kind of long songs, rather than the ardurous sort :)
Wow, you worked out the average! This is great. For the Marvin Gaye pick alone it's great. The rest is just groovy icing. Long may you continue :)
Damn brah! That's crazings.
I am having a very hard time contemplating that Mike Eternity only knows two of these songs. For that alone, this is a deserving mix.
fine, retro joe, superfine! there aew times when nothing but long jams will do...
Mixes with tracks under 10 tracks usually leave me underwhelmed, but it doesn't look like the case here. Nice mix.
