There's no doubting the quality of songs on this mix. However, notes on the inspiration and/or reasons for their inclusion would have greatly enhanced the experience. Ho hum. Still, reads like a good listen.
phew, I thought I was a goner there. Hey wait, you START of 'punky' but end with a country-rock vibe... are the hippies winning?
I, for one, have always been proud of my ability to derive equal enjoyment from a 2-minute Pistols song and a 45-minute "Dark Star" jam. Punk hippies unite! (Incidentally, not familiar with the Sex Pistols covering "I Fought The Law"... is it real?)

I agree with the title.
I misread that title as Kill All Hippos, now I challenge anyone to make a mix full of hippo related songs. Anyway there is plenty of good stuff here, although Imagine would inspire me to kill all hippies, and maybe the odd hippo too.
