Comment:
Anita & Brian (1965-67)Anita & Keith (1968-)
Brian dead (1969)
Anita & Mick (1970)
Anita & Keith (-78)
Anita Pallemberg, born 1944, Italy - modelled for Vogue appearing on several covers. Met Brian Jones in Munich after sneaking back stage. During their brief affair, Brian & Anita morphed into each other and it was her who introduced The Stones into her circle of friends most of whom were artists, film-makers - in other rich kids with too much time on their hands. After Branita beat Anabri up she ran into the arms of Keith (man's man with kohl eye liner complexities), becoming his common in law wife and bearing him 3 children. Anita's presence in The Stones camp coincided with the bands darker direction e.g. Paint It Black & Have You Seen Your Mother. While filming Performance Anita began a brief affair with Mick. Such was Anita's sway, influence (some might say dark) over The Stones she was unnoficially cast as the 6th Stone. Said to have inspired `You Got The Silver' & `Angie.', Aniita also cemented a life-time friendship with fellow Heroin addict & Stone F**ker Marianne Faithfull. Again I'm not certain if that included sexual relations - one web-site is pretty keen on the idea. Who isn't? . Besides `Performance', she also famously appeared as The Black Queen in `Barbarella'. Other films include `Candy' and `A Degree Of Murder' which was scored by Brian. Anita, like Marianne, is alive and and well and apparently a fashion designer. Aren't we all dear?

Feedback:
Man these must take forever to do!!! Great Os Mutantes pick, I came across a live version of Belle & Seb doing that song recently. Stuart Murdoch singing in Portuguese is hilarious. Nice Gainsbourg as well, all in all another triumph.
Nice mix and pic, fascinating notes!
What a hottie. Great mix.
Wicked mix!
hehehe cool stuff, and great idea
Excellent profile.
Good grief! He's done it again! Any comment I might make will prove inadequate. But here goes: Astonishing. A grateful world salutes you.
Ah, now this is a mix I can really get behind! Anita is one of the most fascinating "women-behind-the-scenes" figures in rock (Yoko pales in comparison). My long-time fascination with Sixties-era Stones has always been haunted by this mysterious figure lurking on the margins. This mix does her justice.
Nice mix, from a nice bloke...(& a nice bird, too).
Great liner notes! Really love how the second half is looking - especially the Bowie, Gainsbourg and Morricone. Nice.
great notes . . . again
Sonique Magnifique! Is Jane Fonda next for the Dom1 treatment, or perhaps Anne Sexton....?
Fantasic. 5 stars!!
This is great! KUDOS for KRYZYSZTOF KOMEDA!!
This looks fabulous.
Greatness!
Haah! You're a madman. Have you done JERRY yet? And I don't mean a bunch of Dean Martin tunes, either.
Awesome! Like the Gert Wilden!
