It's a double shot mix day. Just in case the site goes down again. Reprise of my audio view of lovers torn apart during the Cultural Revolution. Part Two: The Conflict, the Resignation and the Brain Washed Renewal. There is actually something hopeful here. Life sucks for even the best of folk. Perhaps this is a bit too dark. Listen with warm beer for breakfast.

I must take issue with you, Jon. Life rarely sucks, it's probably a perspective thing; and warm beer is just awful at any time of the day. These quibbles apart, the mix maintains the high standards of all your work. Amusing, exciting, often poignant, but alwyas entertaining. Whatever the motivation or inspiration, a non-sucky world is grateful.
Okay, you got me. Sometimes, life seems to suck. But try telling that to little Chinese girls. As for warm beer, I recommend Grolsch highly.
I remember warm beer for breakfast when I was in High School. This brings back memories. I love track 17 & 19.
ix-nay on the arm-way eerb-ski... if life and alcohol MUST be warm, tequila is my medicine of choice. (Too much warm beer for too long during High School)... Oh wait a minute, maybe high school is an individualized variation of the cultural revolution?
