Fangirls Must Die
Comment:
So recentlly, having discovered that he's much better than "You're Beautiful" would have you believe, I decided to go to the James Blunt concert. The show was rather good, but the night was tainted by a few hundred weepy screaming teenagers. Fangirls, heed this advice; even if the object of your affection COULD hear you yell "WE LOVE YOU" for the twelth time- he doesn't love you back. Your digital photos will not turn out well from twenty rows back, put the camera away. And if you must wail along with the song, please try to be in key. As far as this mix goes, it's a tad all over the place but it's a collection of what I'm listening to this month...a lil bit of everything as they say, flowing from the soul/R&B, through rock, to end on some lighter fare. Hope you like it, and if you do please keep the screaming to a minimum (the rest of us are trying to enjoy the show). Cheers! -Famous.
Feedback:
even if the stooges stick out like sore thumbs here, i truly appreciate its presence here. also, beautiful closing track!
I am speechless. A wonderful mix, wonderful notes and wonderful cover... all in one. Sadly, you explain why I would rather watch a concert CD than go to most concerts...
You're beautiful! (it's true)
Right, I'm just gonna go out and say this, to hell with the consequences! If Nick Drake or Jeff Buckley etc had of wrote and sang 'You're Beautiful' it would have been regarded ( even by people who are really cool ) as an all time classic. There, I've said it, it's a good song. Onwards and upwards this is a fine mix. By jove, you're famous!!
