Comment:
Getting going on the mixes for my brother's bar/restaurant. A Tavern Series focusing on different times of the day (or night). This is something for happy hour.
Feedback:
This is really, really fantastic, George, and perfect for its intended goal. I'd love to hear it this very evening...
Truly excellent mix from start to finish. Great stuff.
Super kewl. Is this in Buffalo? Maybe we should all visit.
I'd drink to that! ;) Nice series, George.
know your audience!I'd drink here/there.
Exceptional. I'd trade for this FOR SURE! Nicely done!

I'd be thinking there's more to this tavern than meets the eye; let's have another drink and hear what plays next.
What is the age group you are trying to reach with this mix? It seems like it would please more of an older crowd (such as the AotM crowd, he, he, myself included).
Pour me another! Great stuff.
Perfect and just in time. Happy hour is just a few hours away.
To answer some questions... the bar is in Philadelphia so sadly I'll only be hanging out there a few times a year and I won't get to see first hand how these mixes are enjoyed (or not).
Right now it is a shot & beer dive but extensive renovations are planned to transform the place into an nice tavern that reflects it's upscale location. There's a classic Irish pub next door, a sushi bar and a Borders across the street. Lots of fancy stores all around.
So what age group am I trying to reach? It will never be a kid bar or even probably college age. Most likely late 20s on up. I've got several more mixes that I'm finishing up that have much more newer stuff and others that go deeply into the vaults. Sometimes back to back. So we shall see how it all comes out.

If this is the type of music that will be played, please let me know - I am in Philthy and can help spread the word. Name of Bar? Location? Opening date?
Hmmm...I'm an hour (given no radar traps) outta' Philly. Y'never know...Bottom's up!
Glorious tavern happy hour hang-out sounds. They're not going to need a jukebox.
Serious fun! Let us all know when you are going to be there. NYC ain't that far away! It sounds/looks great so far.
I will be standing in the bar singimg along
This would definitely be the way to start the weekend.
I'm so there!
I'll prop up the bar with Gobi & Peter; Nice one George.
Fantastic! Perfect choices and lots to love - not least Teenage Fanclub, Ramones, Black Keys and Beach Boys. I might have to drop in ;)
Yeah, Baby! I'm ready for 2 for 1 margaritas. Or was that bar scheme made illegal? Best to you, George!
This looks great! I vote to keep it a shot and a beer place.
Awesome, I'd sink a few to this.
...ain't done me no harm...
If I heard Slim Harpo and just a few song later, "Lies", "No Matter What" and "Do Ya" all in a row at a bar I would stay for another.
