Comment:

One of my shortest discs that I have made and only will make. This is a tribute to a great guitarist and one of my major influences. I never would have picked up a guitar if it wasn't for Chuck Berry. This is so short because this is the only covers I have of him.

I'm also suprised by the Led Zeppelin tracks.
Isn't "Your Mama Don't Dance" a Loggins/Messina-Composition?

Thank you A *Park it is. I just made a mistake. The Zeppelin tracks are from a soundcheck that they played in Minneapolis. Think it was around '73.

I started thinking of doing something like this but I could only come up with about 8 covers - none of which, though, are the same as any of the ones you picked. ?Maybe we could put my 8 together with your 11 & end up with something Berry good?!

Oh, how I dig Chuck. Check out my mix, "God bless Chuck Berry" from a couple years back - that might give ya some ideas.

Believe it or not, his work (uncovered, that is) has only recently graced my music vault. I know...I'm a fool.

Surely someone covered My Ding-A-Ling, no? Anyhow, a short but sweet mix.
