Tales of the Proverbial 2nd Chance v 89
Comment:
A brand new mix. Volume 89 must be the My Aim Is True Mix. My wife and I had a fight. See jungle? She loves a rumble with her boyfriend. It was a good one. It was the kind that sent me to bed early. That is hard to do. I just wanted to get away and off to dreams of travelling.Travelling on my terms. It was Sharkey's night and I only wanted to listen to my heartbeat.
I woke up at one point and felt my wife next to me and I couldn't tell anything except that she was either 1) masturbating or 2) sobbing and neither one was something I wanted to know about. She was in the faraway nearby and I was dreaming for deserts and oceans carrying my home in my hand. I don't know what makes me ramble, I guess I really don't care. Two diamond tigers in the sky, I wasn't going to stop to wonder why. With a toothless smile, I was on a night boat carrying me to the worries of Arizona visualizing in my mental slavery that money can't buy me life. I wanted my life back and was
on a journey of repossession. But something hit me and praying, I realized I would never be married. And there next to me in the seat of the truck was my wife and we had a muddy slope ahead that demanded
to rev it up, take a deep breath and slide. And my wife was with me to manage any hill and those ugly things. I owed her something and at the restaurant, the man who made the chicken wouldn't let me taste it, thinking I would learn the secret. For sure, love is what we hunger for. And I woke up. And was glad my wife was around. And I faced the normalities of the day. And I went and had some dental work done, came home and gave my wife a new smile and suddenly everything had changed. And she asked me what I wanted to do on Saturday and I said, "We're going to go see some waterfalls." We got jungle fever. We're in love. This is presented in WMA 96 kbps and MP3 256 kbps high fidelity. Please use an IE browser for automatic streaming.

Beautiful Sunday morning mix. Thanks for including that Cyndi Lauper song, one of the best songs I forgot how much I loved.

This looks great. Love that Fogerty song.
This is awesome, man. The flow of music and mood is flawless. Thanks for making it available to listen to.
What is not to like? Excellent and varied selections put together with love and tenderness. Bravo. Thanks, especially for 3,4,11 & 12... but, hell, it's all great.

Great blend, and ditto Spencer Boys!
Amazing mix and great emotional travelogue. One of your finest (and that's no small feat.)
Goddamn. What a mix and what a heart-wrenching story.
You are a human man, Jonpoi, riding life's rapids, avoiding the rocks and living to tell your tale. Thank you for the musical insights, the seamless poetry of the mix and so much more. "High Fidelity" indeed.
I sarute! (arways have.....)
Truly wonderful. You seem to outdo yourself with every mix, which really is saying something.
