Comment:

This is a mix for a roomate of mine, who is leaving under not the best of circumstances. we have roomed together for the past 3 years, good times , and bad. we have had a falling out, so this mix is part 'i don't want to see you around no more , and part i'm missing you already.' may sound silly , but when you live around someone for that long you get kinda use to them being around.

track 1 : starts with townes talking about rex, at some point he says "if you cut card with rex , and you get a 3 he will get a 2 , you know what i mean"
when we first moved into the house i'm living in, Q and i cut cards for the bigger room , i drew a 3, and he drew a 2 so . . .

so long Q. Lets get a beer sometime.

Wonderful mix & cover! Love the train motif, as well, I was thinking of doing some of that, too.

From Townes Van Zandt to Tennesse Ernie, what a train-hoppin hobo your way groove . . . That's the way to say goodbye!

I should have said so at the time, but hey, tiempo es diablo. In reference to your notes, this mix hits the proverbial nail into the lid. Quality abounds, I particularly love the Dylan pick. Don't be a stranger now...
