Comment:

This is a compilation I've been fine-tuning and tweaking for over six years, but the basic structure has always been the same.
It started out as an "expanded" version of the Red and Blue albums and grew from there.
Yes, I know the inclusion of the two "Threetles" tracks negates the "1962-1970" title, but "1962-1995" sounds like a weird title for a Beatles compilation, don't you think?

I applaud the inclusion of those Naked versions. Although "I've Got A Feeling" (the original version) seems woefully absent. I also would have had a difficult time not trying to put the entire white album on there. Heh.

This is one where we part ways. I prefer the final 1/3 of Abbey Road (Basically "You Never Give Me Your Money" forwards... in my humble opinion, not just the best 20 minutes of Beatles music, but the best 20 minutes of music ever.) And some of my White Album,/i> choices would have been different -- "Dear Prudence" is crucial, while I'm no fan of "Yer Blues." But a nice 3-cd set all around.
