Comment:

For the hell of it. The social commentary running through the mix was almost completely unintentional. For those who care, 1) that Sunn O))) track is edited, with the cut occurring approximately 15 minutes into its more-than-25-minute length, and 2) that Boris album (Pink) is one of the greatest records I've heard in years. Title from Mr. Biafra, c/o Ice-T.

I am a bigger fan of your mixed genre/for the hell of it mixes. Nice fit. I will have to hunt down that Boris album (Pink) as I take your word on its greatness.

I actually agree with all three of Karens statements. Fine 10-->14 stretch. Great stuff.

Some wicked stuff here. You picked my favourite Black Mountain track, and I'm really digging the Jackie O, Wire and Flaming Lips tracks.

Man, you know you can always count me in as a big fan of your mixed-genre efforts. This looks fucking outstanding, my friend. Totally agree with you on the majesty of that Boris record. Agreed with Sammyg on the 10-14 stretch (though I'd have to say from track 9 through the end looks untouchable). Awesome.

Boris has me intrigued now, plenty to keep me happy here, even that Sparks track is greazt which is a lot more than can be said for the album it hails from. Keep the 'For The Hell Of It' mixes comin' Rob.

Very nice - definitely will check out Boris now. I was just listening to that Wire track so it's good to see it here - like the Minutemen, Minus 5 and Minor Threat too (all the M-bands, really). I do like these "for the hell of it" mixes!

Not a single just average track on here, this is all top shelf music. On a side note Jackie-O Motherfucker came through town with Rogue Wave and Band of Horses. A good show indeed.
