Sure, we could go deep into the varied meanings of “O the Holly She Bears a Berry,” the Christmas traditional given a heartfelt go by Irish superstars the Chieftains. We could explore its pagan roots, and the Druid rites and symbols that morph and mingle all the way into that miraculous manger — but faith, friends! It’s Christmas!
