I'm glad that someone has done this. I've been dying to get my hands on a worthwhile Morricone comp and this may very well do the trick. Great job (from what I know), folks!
I've been meaning to do this for ages. But I simply can't do it. Statistically, I have 996 tracks by Morricone + 56 re-mixes - of the 400 plus scores he has written, I have representations from 154...69 0f those are full soundtracks, the rest littered across compilations. The only way I could make a fair stab at it would be either to do it by decade or by genre. Interestingly, my least represented genre are westerns. Anyway, you've selected a good cross section - the re-mixes, and I have all 3 of them are imho fairly dire but as I'm a Morricone addict I had to buy. Hats off for doing it and maybe I'll attempt one in the future.
