Comment:
He's our French Connection and he had a birthday. Hope it was a happy one!
Thanks are due joey de vivre for track 19.
...a Trojan Horse of a pate, it's livery exterior hiding the mackerel enemy within.
Feedback:
nest, you never cease to amaze. i almost want to change me name to "brood of vipers" in homage of your mixing legacy.... almost. bless you for using your powers for the betterment of the AOTM community.
*me=my... i've got pirates of the caribbean fever, what can i say... arg.
Lots of fun/funny stuff here! The liver kind of scares me though.
Looks mighty fine. Would love to hear that Betty Lavette track.
The header on your cover "classic adaptations" is apt here. A whole lot of strange and wonderful covers and oddball tracks here. I think I'll pass on the pate, though.
Excellent stuff and if French appears on here, happy birthday to you, didn't know it was your anniversaire! I really love the covers choices here - and I'd love to hear Dekker doing Come Together! Love the Cab Calloway - great all round (though like Dead Man, I might have to skip the pate).
Happy Birthday, Cliff when you pop in here for a look. He gonna love this. Great mix. I don't know where you discover all these covers NoV, but knowledge is most certainly power..
"..a Trojan Horse of a pate", indeed! Though the quality of this is no surprise, at all. Great job NoV!
(Doubtless Cliff is still sleeping off the effects of the birthday celebrations still being conducted and the liver surely needs a break.)

There are many delicious canapes here. Fats Waller is a particular favorite. so is reefer, for that matter...
Merci beaucoup C. The mix as ever is, well it's Viperian of course, only you could produce a mix of this calibre. Seems Valis knows me only too well, haven't dared touch a drop (not even vin rouge) since Sunday! My liver is in a worse state than that picture - which btw in the strange shade of mauve as it is on my copy is somewhat daunting whilst at the same time inviting!!!
And, the bar as has been raised...another incredible mix and an even more nauseating looking dish...Once again, the people at Weight Watchers are obviously wearing there weight loss strategy on their sleeve. Now, I must ask...where in the world do you find this stuff? I am baffled and EXTREMELY impressed by your individualistic taste in all things good and fun and musical.
iNCREDIBLE bONGO sATISFACTON!! Fatys Waller still likes drugs, & Vincent Price is still rubbing his roast!
Another scary but hypnotically fascinating concoction from the Kitchen of Vipers . . . (Nice to see you got a truly French connection going on track 22 . . .)

Looks like a whole lotta mackerely goodness! I love this series, and a belatedly happy birthday to FC.
This looks great. Happy birthday, Frenchy!
Fantastic mix -- so much better than those animated online birthday cards. I know this mix is overloaded with cool stuff -- even if I'm unfamiliar with about 84 percent of it. Oh, and happy birthday Mr. Connection!
Ohh C-you have out done yourself and Happy Birthday Cliff.
Tasty blend of covers & uncovers.
Wow - Everything except the pate looks great here - even the pig gravy boat!! I need to hear this one day.
Rub my roast,i love that song!nice one
Delicious looking mix and dish. I guess liver patT can't be worse than liverwurst, and I love liverwurst.
This looks like loads of fun!
Wow! Very bizarre stuff here.
Zoinks! 5-12 stretch does it for me!
Excellent fun (as always). Not sure how I missed this.Constipation blues always makes me laugh/cry!
