Comment:

I lost 50 pounds last summer, I called that part of my life "Phase 1". I did it to good music, keeping my blood pumping. Time to go back to the track for me- and this is the mix I am going to do it too. "Phase 2" was a bit of a failure and I got lazy. So, I am back- with a vengence.
A quick warm up, lots of energy and then a nice cool down track to finish it off.

Dig it! Sweat's the way to go.
The ultimate track workout (for me) are Pyramids:
1/4, 1/2, 3/4 at a hard pace with a 1/4 mile jog in-between each, then a mile at a fast jog,
then back down the other side; 3/4, 1/2, 1/4. That, combined with a little hill work, and
you'll be peeling off another 50.

"The Horror" is definately a good work out song, it makes me want to move every time I hear it. Same goes for "pump it" ;)
