Comment:

Lately, I've been genre-exploring and creating mixes based upon my findings. I have enjoyed listening to several of these bands for a good time before I decided to explore shoegazer music (notably Slowdive , MBV, The Church, Stone Roses), but the majority were discovered recently. If there is a shoegazing track you think that would fit and is not included feel free to comment. Thanks!

this is really good. have you listened to any of the newer shoegaze bands yet. i suggest air formation, highspire, isobella, and emerald down. this is a great mix.

i love that my bloody valentine track - the jesus & mary chain weren't shoegaze, per se, but they were a huge influence on the genre, they might fit pretty well on here

Nice. You've got most of the key players here and some fabulous tunes. Curve might have merited an invitation to this ball.

There's a great band called Mira that were on Projekt records for awhile. Their second release "Apart" from 2001 or so is really really good. Carries on the classic Shoegaze sound. Check out their songs "Space" and "Green"
