This is fuckin' great!!! It looks a lot like what I was listening to then, particularly 1, 2, 5-7 (although the Hoodoos were a bit more late '80s for me), 10, 16-22...

Photo taken by Nirmala, btw (from our last visit). She bossed me around and browbeat me until I made this comment; I hope it's to her satisfaction. Whatever royalties she's hoping to get from this will have to be split two ways, as I am the rightful owner of the camera used. Also, she is a jerk. Also, she approves this comment ("Except for the jerk part").

i've been listening to alot of the JAMC lately, so that's an excellent pick - fugazi, pixies, morrissey, afghan whigs. this is great.

Nicely done - great picks, especially the Morrissey, Bowie, Pixies and Pogues. Gives a really nice sense of the music around then!

Hmph. You left out my favorite band from that era. But I still quite like this, especially the last 2 tracks.

Somehow I forgot to write down that Clash song, and I've moved that Hoodoos track up a bit in the mix, but I think Rob's comment still applies (more or less).
