Comment:

Easily my most requested mix now featuring upgraded sound and songs. This time around I've added some girlie pop to break up the monotony of triple thick fuzz and cavernous echo associated with your typical group sound release. I also decided to go with all originals (to my knowledge, anyway). I know that linguistically derelict covers are half the charm in loving Asian rock, but I really want to make the case that these were cool bands with tunes as kick-ass as those found on any English language garage comp. Thanks go out to Eric Schmuckler, valis and menghsindy for providing me with a good portion of this mix.

Monotony isn't a word that springs to mind when I see a lo-fi jr mix, but I never say no to a bit a girlie pop. This looks fantastic, I'm downloading as I type & looking forward to the goodies...

well I am a big fan of girlie pop so of course I can't wait to give this a listen (thanks for the link) . . . . I know I am going to love it.By the way, I think updating / improving on already great mixes is a great thing to do . . . if only I weren't so lazy.

A 60s genre I don't know about? Hurry, hurry! Gotta investigate now! The cover and the song titles alone makes my mouth water.

I love my original copy of this, but the addition of some girlie pop makes this mix even more enticing!

Oh my, I almost missed this! I can't wait to hear it -- especially the Japanese Out Kast featuring Andresuki 3000.
