I traveled many hours on a train in order to give this mix to an important person. When I arrived, the person was nowhere to be found. I ended up going bowling alone, and to my surprise there was a young man isolating himself from his friends by the jukebox, continuously playing Neil Young and Hank Williams songs. I gave the tape to him, and since I have no clue who he was, we've never spoken since that night. I do hope he enjoyed it, though. My absent friend missed out, but he made me a mixed tape as an apology for being MIA.Feedback:

Love your story. There's a lot to be said for leaving music for strangers (there is, I believe, a whole 'random acts of kindness' movement). Liking the opener in particular - a good cohesive mix
Currently downloading some of your choices. Always looking for good new music. Big Belle fan myself. Just discovered Joanna Newsom. I recommend her highly if you haven't already played her to death. Keep up the good work.
