Feedback:
it's amazing that I consider myself moderately knowledgeable about music considering just how many mixes are posted where I know nothing! Thanks for the link, I'll go learn . . . .
I know, umm MALO! I'll go learn as well - I want to hear how the Babs/Kim Carnes track fits in...
Entirely original and impeccably produced.
Looking forward to hearing this one...gotsta gets home!!!

Looks interesting... I'll have to check this out after work...
Marie Osmond? This I gotta hear. Thanks. Oh, and the drink is one and one-half ounces of white tequila, three ounces of grapefruit juice, one heaping spoonful of sugar and crushed ice, right? Will be good for this weekend.
Caramba is right! I am not familar with a single track.
Looking luscious as ever.. I'm delighted you've started putting your mixes up for download as I have to confess not knowing much here. That'll soon all change..

I'm glad I'm not the only one who spotted Marie Osmond, though I'm sure it fits in perfectly. Now I need a drink....
Oooh, nearly missed this one to the Great Yousendit Failure of '06. On the case now.
Man, you've been putting up some of the most interesting mixes I've heard. Love the first side... will give the second side a listen soon.
I am so depressed that the El Gallito Mexican Restaurant Drink Calendar Mix Tape Series is coming to an end. As a result I'm already on my fourth Caramba, so please excuse me if I slur my typingg. I've been listening to this mix almost non-stop for the past 2 days -- that's how enjoyable it is, that's how much it warms my heart. My favorite tracks on Side One are 2,3,4,5,9,13,14,and 15. I would really love to learn to play that Jose Melis song on the piano... it's magnificent! The Marie Osmond song has grown on me so much that now my heart beats like a thousand drums when I hear it. I even caught myself humming it in the meat section of the grocery store today! Champaign is one of my favorite bands, simply because of their brilliant song "How 'Bout Us", but I had completely forgotten about "Try Again", a song I loved as a girl, and I didn't even realize it was by Champaign! Now, on to Side Two. The Barbra/Kim song brings tears to my eyes everytime-- and then Julio comes on and it's almost too much for me to take. My favorites on Side Two are "Mexican Hat Dance & Soliloquey" and "A La Antigua" by Pedro Messone. But my favorite song on the entire mix is..........(drumroll please)......... "Cucurrucucu Paloma". It's so lovely! To summarize, fine mix tornadoZ. If it were a tape I'd wear it out.
Somehow I don't think we've heard the last from tornadoZ. Ole! Love the Brazilian selections as well.
Oh boy it seems going a way for a few days creates quite a backlog for my ears to take in. Im downloading this to add to the pile. It looks great.
