This is a theme close to me, the fear of death or dying, also known as Thantaphobia. These aren't exactly all songs dealing with death and dying, but they all feel like it. Essentially this would be a mix for my final hour... and 17 minutes... and 21 seconds. The Sun's "Say Goodbye" is exactly how I want to leave this world, if I have a choice, that is. Enjoy.

I looked up the lyrics to the Muse track, and apparently the ending goes something like:

And it scares the hell out of me /

Which seems to pretty much sum up what I'd be thinking in my last moments. Good, if unsettling, idea for a mix.
